JUST A SOCIAL GAME V CBFC

Highly-ranked Just a Social Game were made to fight to earn the points against a gallant CBFC side, with the final scoreline a thrilling 4-3 result. The newcomers have made a bright start after their introduction to the comp this season but it was the seasoned team who had a little too much experience on this occasion. Kris R from Just a Social Game was awarded player of the game honours from the referee.     

 

NUSANTARA V BRIGHT YOUTH

Nusantara emerged victorious in a thrilling encounter, edging out Bright Youth with a narrow 7-6 win. An absolute goal-fest between two sides on the up. They’ll be hoping the free-flowing play and ability to the find the net carries on into the coming weeks. Ezant from Nusantara was named player of the game for his starring outing.

NETWORK R FC V TRASHPACK

Network R FC made their much-anticipated return to the courts and secured a hard-fought 4-3 victory over Trashpack. The side shot out of the blocks and just held on against a fast-finishing Trashpack unit, who caught some momentum in the second-half. Grant R from Network was named player of the game for his playmaking ability and keeping performance.

BOCA JNRS V TELETUBBIES

Two title fancies in Boca Jnrs and Teletubbies went head-to-head in a thrilling affair. Spectators were keen to see how two genuine contenders would battle it out and they weren’t disappointed with an enthralling final result of 4-3, in favour of Boca Jnrs. A huge scalp for Boca who get the points on this occasion against the reigning champions. Alicia from Boca Jnrs was named player of the game for her standout performance.

THAT BRIGHT FOOT V TEKKERZ UNITED

That Bright Foot and Tekkerz United continued the close-results theme in the mixed comp, with a stunning 7-6 result in favour of That Bright Foot. The new outfit conjured some superb goals, with even their keeper venturing forward to contribute as well. Tekkerz fought gallantly after some strong recent form and will be looking to bounce back next week after the agonising loss. Jayden S was named player of the game for his starring role.     

LAST WARNING FC V CALEB

Last Warning FC made their exciting debut to the courts and didn’t disappoint, with an enthralling performance that saw them come out 8-7 winners in an intense game against Caleb. A super start for the newcomers who proved that finding the net is no issue. Caleb battled hard and did well to conjure the high goal-tally too; the up-and-coming side will hope this goal-scoring momentum carries into future week. Sebastian from Last Warning was given player of the game accolades.

esra's boys v FATZIO FC

Esra’s Boys bounced back in style this week, securing an assured defensive performance to run out 3-0 winners over Fatzio. The side had a tough outing last week, but regained some form with some strong pressure at the forefront of their victory. Faztio will be hoping to find some form in the coming weeks after a tough result. Diogo D from Esra’s Boys earned player of the game honours for his superb performance.

AGING ELEPHANTS V CHAMPAGNE LIFESTYLE FC

Title fancies Aging Elephants went head-to-head with impressive new unit Champagne Lifestyle FC and the game didn’t disappoint. Goals were aplenty for both the skilful sides, with the final result a wild 10-7 scoreline in favour of the experienced Elephants. Champagne proved they can match it with the top tier and could be a contender themselves if this form continues. Adrian J was awarded player of the game accolades.

SNOOZING BEARS V BULLENS BOIS

Snoozing Bears continued their strong form, edging out Bullens Bois with a 4-2 victory. The former champions will be hoping this run continues as they look to return to past glory. Bullens battled gallantly as always and will hope to bounce back next week after a couple tough recent outings. Tom S delivered once again to be awarded player of the game.

WHO CARES V POKERSTARS

Who Cares found some serious form this week as they ran over the top of the impressive Pokerstars, with a 9-2 victory. Goals were aplenty for the side who will hope this goal-scoring form continues into future weeks. Rick W was awarded MOTM honours by the referee for a superb outing.   

SINGERS FC V WHERE IS MESSI

After a relentless performance in front of the goals last week, Singers put their mettle to the test against Where Is Messi, who have mixed it with the best in the past. It was the latter on this occasion who were too strong in their ability to the find the net, walking away 10-5 victors. Connor from Where is Messi was named player of the game by the referee for a solid performance.
