sockballers v underachievers
Both teams are coming into tonight’s game from a win last week and will be keen to keen the streak alive. The first quarter was fairly even with Sockballers getting out to a 2 goal lead. The second quarter had Underachievers fighting back, they overturned the lead and got out to their own 1 goal lead at the break. The third quarter saw the lead change again, Sockballers built a 3 goal lead heading into the final quarter. Both teams fought hard the entire time, however Sockballers took the win, 26 to 21. Lauren from Underachievers had a fantastic game and was named Player of the Match for the second time this season.
spaghetti n' netballs v brogres
Spaghetti n Netballs are on the back of a win last week however they are up against Brogres who have had some challenging weeks and will be hungry for a win tonight. The first quarter saw Brogres start strong, they built a quick lead of 6 goals at the first change of ends. The second quarter saw Spaghetti n Netballs find their groove and both teams had a great quarter, scoring 7 goals each. Spaghetti n Netballs continued the momentum of the second quarter and was able to fight back within 1 goal heading into the final quarter. The final quarter was stellar for Brogres who ran away with the game, winning 28 v 37. Ash was phenomenal in defence for Spaghetti n Netballs and was awarded Player of the Match.
hot shots v the opposition
Hot Shots had a challenging week last week and are up against The Opposition who are in form heading into this game. The first quarter was even with both teams moving down the court well. The Opposition made use of the height in the goal circle in the second quarter and were able to build a small lead of 3 heading into the second half. Hot Shots changed up their place and were able to use speed to eat away at the lead The Opposition had build and get back within 1 goal. The last quarter saw Hot Shots continue their momentum and win the game, 20 to 12. Ryan had an amazing game and was awarded Player of the Match for Hot Shots.
twisted knee v don't step
Twisted Knee have had a challenging start to the season and are up against Don’t Step tonight who are looking to turn around their results from last week. The first quarter was fairly even, both teams playing well against each other. The second quarter saw Don’t Step start to break away from Twisted Knee who fought hard to challenge them. Don’t Step had a good defensive quarter in the third, extending their lead. The last quarter was close, however Don’t Step won the game, 9 to 25.
family feud v phat phlamingos
Family Feud are looking to turn around their last game with a win this week, they are up against Phat Phlamingos who are in fine form lately. The first quarter saw Phat Phlamingos come out firing and quickly get out to a 7 goal lead. Family Feud continued to play hard in the second quarter, however Phat Phlamingos extended their lead to 13. Family Feud stepped up to 4 goals in the third quarter, Phat Phlamingos won the game, 14 to 38. Tom had another great game tonight and was named Player of the Match for Family Feud for the second time this season.

Setballers had a hard game last week and will be looking to turn that around tonight but they are up against Pancake Pals who are yet to lose a game this season. Both teams came out strong, but Pancake Pals outscored Setballers and got out to a 3 goal lead at the first change of ends. The second quarter saw Pancake Pals continue to outscore Setballers and extend their lead to 6 goals. Setballers had a better third quarter, however Pancake Pals extended their lead out to 7 goals. The final quarter saw Pancake Pals run away with the game, winning 20 to 35. Sarah had a good game and was named Player of the Match for Setballers.
