Player of the Game: Dom (Leshter City)
Leshter came out firing from the first whistle, with Dom putting on an absolute clinic, scoring multiple goals, setting up teammates, and tracking back in defense. Zenit had some strong attacking moments, and some banger goals! BUT Leshter’s high-pressure game and quick strikes proved too much to handle. A strong opening statement from a team with a winning history here at Eastern Indoor.

Player of the Game: Oshain (The Pele Theater)
This one had everything, from goals, momentum swings, and plenty of heart.
Belgrave Boys, playing their first match in the Premier Division, started brilliantly. Their goalkeeper launched a pinpoint long throw for a headed opener, followed by a quick second to take control early. But Pele Theater fought back through Oshain, who pulled the strings with sharp finishes and clever link-up play to turn the game around.
Both teams have stepped up from the Segunda League this season, and their improvement is already clear. Expect them both to cause a few upsets as the season unfolds.

Player of the Game: Luke B (Cobbas FC)
A very even first half saw both sides locked at 0–0 for a long stretch before super-sub Luke B came on and immediately broke the deadlock with a smart finish off a cross. From there, Cobbas took control, spreading the goals around and showing why they’re one of the most well-balanced squads in the comp.
Infection FC, last season’s Segunda champions, showed good fight and will only improve as they adapt to Premier League tempo. Great game from both sides!
