It’s time for the Grand Final rematch, both teams have been undefeated for the season so far and tonight will end that for one of them. The first quarter saw both teams come out strong and with a goal near the end of the quarter, Monny Money were able to get out to a 2 goal lead at the change. The second quarter White Line Fever worked hard and were able to equal the scores mid-way through the quarter before capitalising on turnovers and getting out to a 3 goal lead themselves, Monny Money with only seconds to spare scored a goal to get back within 2 goals at the break. White Line Fever continued to push in the third quarter and stretched out to a 4 goal lead in the first few minutes before Monny Money caught back up. Rylie was named Player of the Match for her efforts for White Line Fever. The game was called part way through the third quarter due to a serious injury to one of the players on court. All of Eastern Indoor wish her the best in her recovery and we look forward to welcoming her back on the court. White Line Fever were awarded the game as the scores stood at 16 to 14.

cops & lobbers v the bridesmaids
Both teams are coming into tonight’s game from challenging past couple of weeks and will be hoping to turn it around tonight. Cops & Lobbers missing a few players have recruited fill ins to help. The first quarter saw Cops & Lobbers get out to an early lead of 3 goals at the change of ends. The second quarter The Bridesmaids fought back and got within a goal before Cops & Lobbers stretched it back out to 2 goals at the break. A change of positions for The Bridesmaids didn’t have an immediate effect as they would have hoped, and Cops & Lobbers were able to extend out their lead to 5 goals at the final change of ends. The final quarter was pretty even, and Cops & Lobbers won the game, 24 to 17. Rhys filling in for Cops & Lobbers and Dean for The Bridesmaids were named Players of the Match for their respective teams.
red dolphins v reds
Red Dolphins are coming into tonight’s game on the back of a strong win last week and Reds from a challenging game. The first quarter saw Reds come out strong and attack the ball from the get go, quickly building a 6 goal lead at the first change of ends. Some change of players and positions for Red Dolphins for the second quarter but it didn’t stop the flow of goals coming from Reds, who were able to extend out their lead to 8 goals at the break. Another change of players and positions for the third quarter for Red Dolphins and they started to find their groove, outscoring Reds and starting to eat away at the lead. Reds put the foot back down in the final quarter and won the game 14 to 26. Max D was named Player of the Match for Reds.
netscape navigators v hannah and the bananas
Netscape Navigators have had a challenging start to the season and will be looking to turn that around tonight, up against Hannah and the Bananas who got their second win of the season last week. The first quarter was even with both teams moving the ball around well, Hannah and the Bananas just etching out a 1 goal lead at the change of ends. The second quarter was goal for goal with Hannah and the Bananas maintaining their 1 goal lead at the break. Netscape Navigators regrouped off court and were able to come out firing in the third quarter and get out to a lead of their own. The final quarter was even with both teams scoring 5 goals. Netscape Navigators held on to win their first game of the season, 21 to 16. Lucy for Netscape Navigators and James for Hannah and the Bananas were awarded Player of the Match.
