The latter made a stellar impression as they moved the ball around with fantastic skill to notch an impressive tally of 8 goals on debut. Their outdoor experience will hold them in great stead this season. Diamond Dogs battled gallantly despite the result and produced some superb saves from their goalkeeper/s. Looking forward to seeing these teams go head-to-head again in the coming weeks.

Welcome to the comp Crocodiles! And welcome back to Kick4Life, who have added some new personnel to their growing program. The Crocodiles showed their experience and class with some brilliant passing of the football; their opportunism in front of goal was also a feat, applying some strong pressure and showcasing some impressive shots to notch a big tally and win. A strong start before their top of the table clash against Ringwood City.

Welcome to Eastern Indoor, Ringwood City! And welcome back to The Boys, who have re-branded with a new team name. What an intense and close battle to kick off the season! A solid defensive display from both sides with plenty of pressure saw the result finish 2-1 in favour of the newcomers Ringwood City, who used their outdoor experience to notch an awesome first victory.
Welcome to Orange Strikers who made their debut, and welcome back to the comp Force Fighters, who have reinvented the wheel with a dominant first outing. The latter built on their first season last year to register 15 goals in a very strong goalscoring and defensive display. A tough first outing for the newcomers, who will no doubt be able to use this experience in next week’s match-up.
shrek & the donkeys v united boys
Welcome back to both Shrek & The Donkeys and United Boys, who have both re-branded their respective clubs with new team names! It was a super close and intense encounter that kept all spectators on edge, with just the three goals produced in the tight affair. It was Shrek & The Donkeys who managed to notch all three and register a clean sheet after a brilliant defensive display.

Welcome to both new sides in Roll Over Ronaldo and Black Panthers! Both sides showed plenty of potential and skill in their debuts on Eastern Indoor’s famous courts, but it was the latter who knocked the ball around superbly on this occasion, to land an impressive haul of seven goals. They were also solid defensively to achieve a final result of 7-1.

Welcome to Golden Kickers and The Whitehorsemen! A solid debut match from both teams, with their prior outdoor experience on full display in a high-scoring affair. Golden Kickers lived up to the name with an impressive tally of 9 goals. The Whitehorsemen scored a pair of gems themselves, with the final result 9-2.

They went head-to-head with newcomers Strikers this week (welcome!), who lived up to the name with the highest goal-scoring tally of the night. A rousing 10-5 result treated spectators to an absolute goal fest, with Strikers recording the victory.

Welcome to the comp Norwood! And welcome back to Nacho Cheese, who picked up where they left off with a dominant showing. The experienced unit was very clinical in front of the goals to notch an impressive 15 in total, to provide plenty of highlights for their spectators. Welcome to two new teams in GA2 and Leave my Arcalona! Both sides made their much-anticipated debut into the comp and showed glimpses of their potential and what’s to come in future weeks, as they build their experience on the indoor courts. It was the latter who produced a solid defensive display to register a clean sheet and notch five goals of their own.

Welcome back Happy Feet, who made their return to the comp after an awesome debut season last year! And welcome to Joeys FC who kickstarted their first campaign here at Eastern Indoor! A fantastic game unfolded, with plenty of quality goals for the spectators to enjoy. A superb 8-4 scoreline provided a wealth of highlights, with Happy Feet coming out on top with their prior experience. A great first showing from Joeys FC who will be looking to build on their maiden outing.

Welcome back to both Ethnics and The Lads who produced one of the games of the week, with a captivating final score that ended 5-4. The contest was neck-and-neck the whole way, until a last-ditch goal saw Ethnics come away with a thrilling victory.
